Marie Gress, LMSW-Macro is CEO and principal grant writer of Kovir LLC. After her first experience assisting in writing a grant application supreme mentors during her Master’s Degree in Social Work Administration, she founded a grant writing consultancy to use her grant writing skills and practical experience to benefit those working solo or with small teams.
“Don’t do this alone,” is a mantra we uphold. Marie and her associates have written and reviewed winning federal grants; development grants; state grants; and corporate, private, and community foundation grants for over 100 nonprofit clients.
Marie and her associates also engage interns from top schools of social work to train the next generation of professionals who can win grant dollars to support the non-profit sector.
We’ve been happy to launch this service with the first and second cohorts of Volunteer Florida’s Grant Writing Certificate Program. Here are some that completed the course and submitted their grant applications for review.
